We are from an IT Project firm and an online tutoring company One of our client is looking for assistance in Construction drawing Please find his message below Teams proposing on this project shall develop engineering documents in support and preparation of construction drawings for the new SDSU North Life Sciences Building. The engineering documents shall analyze the project area and develop a design to meet the objectives mentioned above. Accordingly, the scope of the work includes, but is not limited to, the following: i. Preparation of engineering documents including site development drawings, grading, and site utilities. Grading design will address ADA accessibility, determination of need for two existing bridge connections on the south façade of the building. The construction drawings must be detailed enough to support project estimating and construction analysis. At a minimum, the construction drawings shall include the following: 1. Title Sheet 2. Existing Conditions 3. Grading Plan, including Storm Water Management BMP’s 4. Site Section, BMP details, other Details 5. Site Utility Plan 6.
