I am an owner/operator of industrial properties. I need an efficient layout for tractor-trailer and straight-job parking at a site that I own. The property is 117,000 sf, and was formerly school bus parking lot with light poles, a fueling station, and 5,000sf repair garage. The layout needs to best accomodate 70% tractor-trailer spaces (53' with tractors attached - approx 74' in total) and 30% straight-job. The design needs to work with one or more of the 3 existing entrance gates, a billboard base, and existing lighting poles. The fueling station can be removed and the building can be removed as well.
