Hi there, hope you are doing great today For currencies which you mentioned you have to run full nodes for that For BTC, BCH, LTC, DASH I have a full nodes running on window server and API to interact with nodes is written in c# programing language. I did this working for an exchange in the past. For BTC, bitcoin core wallet is used For BCH, bitcoin ABC wallet is installed For LTC, litecoin core wallet is installed Same for ETH done the implementation in windows and in c# programing language using ethereum wallet and nethereum library For XRP also ran a full nodes but that one is in node js but it's also running in windows Separate API for each of the wallets to interact with wallets to generate new addresses, get transactions and other wallet functions In your requirements you specified for Linux and node js specifically if you dont have any issue on those then we will work on windows and language which I specified with the wallets I am bidding a dummy price and date on this if we have an understanding then we will discuss the cost and time separately Here's how much it cost you if you go with the solution which I described 200 USD for each wallet including API.
