Find Windows developer blogs and contact pages

I need to find 200 blogs. This blogs must contain:

* posts from a Windows developer regarding programming or Windows software

or

* a blog that is reviewing Windows software and writing about Windows news

The blog must not contain:

* Apple, Mac, iPhone information

* be a blog of a product (for example a a blog page for a certain software)

The actual result should be saved in a Google spreadsheet with the 3 columns:

Category (1 for developer, 2 for Windows software review)

URL to main page

URL to contact page

I will check all urls, they need to contain a valid contact page. The more popular the page in, in visitor and information quality terms the better it is. If you provide good result I will hire you again for more urls.

A perfect example is this page:
