construction project manager

The job is to google and call local contractors and get bids on home renovations. Then make sure the contractors show up and give us quotes quickly and keep me up to date with how many bids we have received and bid amounts for each project. Then hire the contractor I choose.
You will need experience with construction and home renovations. I have hired too many people for this position that did not understand construction and gives the contractor wrong info which delays everything and costs us money.
We buy and renovate and sell houses.
How many hours per week? I have no clue. It always differs. But we always have work, infact we have work that is so backed up that we were supposed to hire 2 months ago.
With your proposal please describe your experience in this specific field and send me an example of how you may give me a report for the following.... we have 3 propeties A B and C. you got 3 roof quotes for A 4 roof quotes for B. 5 flooring quotes for A and 2 plumbing quotes for C. Just make up the contractors names and dollar amounts. (we always need to wait until we get 5 quotes before making a decision) so the report will also have to specificy how many contractors you have also scheduled apointments for but waiting for quote
