The price of my offer includes the cost of fuel that I have to move from San Salvador to San Miguel. Also, the price includes only the site measurement work, and the plans will be delivered in a DWG file. The house design has another value and you will have to create another offer, since I believe that no professional in any place will create a design for that budget.
