I also have complete understanding of the new UK crowdfunding rules "Crowdfunding and the promotion of non-readily realisable securities instrument 2014" as well as the policy document "The FCA’s regulatory approach to crowdfunding over the internet,and the promotion of non-readily realisable securities by other media".
