Hi, Would not a DCF based valued more apt for such companies. Like PE ratio will give a vague assessment. While DCF is a more painful method but I believe if you really want a proper valuation, DCF and Relative Valuation measures must be used. Further, in relation to certification, I can get you one from the Chartered Accountant but not sure if that's valid in your area. We can discuss the matter further and I can share sample of my DCF related work if you wish to check that out. I am currently doing one for a Switzerland based company.
