I'm setting up a synchronet BBS and I need some custom ANSI art to fill it out. Anyone who can do this will go back to the days of early BSD and DOS, a program called ``thedraw'' and a time where we made local phone calls with 2400bps modems, there was no Internet to speak of.
I need menus, logon screen and a logoff message. Details will be given via PMB. Please make sure you are familiar with Synchronet prior to bidding.
Anything remotely resembling ``we are the leading ISO web development firm in [country here] and have studied your requirements, we will implement a web 2.0 solution'' is just a public and regal embarrassment to yourself, go for it.
And yes, I'm talking about escape sequences for dumb color terminals and painting pictures with extended ASCII. Sorry for deliberately luring Fortran and others, it was the only types that contain people that might be interested in doing this.
I was sysop of my own Remote Access BBS in the phone era, and then set up a Synchronet BBS for telnet access, I did my own ANSI screens, also set up fidonet style message nets (Dove net, etc.) :)
Hi. At 1992-1996 I was sysop on my own BBS, use Maximus . I draw all ANSI screens and some scripts. If anyone else can't do it, I will recover my old archives with BBS tools and do it. Send me details you want.
Regards.
