Unity3D Android Only Basic 1 level game

Need Unity3D Expert/Master to help me finish my first game for Android Market ONLY. Its a simple 1 Level game that gets progressively harder over time with speed only. Exactly the Same as this : Clowns (1978 Midway) [login to view URL] Web demo of what i have so far Clowns2.0 and assets i will provide to get started [login to view URL] ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- What needs to be implemented : All Basic Interface AI Menu,Timer,Lives,Scoring,Hiscores,Bonuses,Player Sea-Saw Movement,AI movement,Balloons System.etc...... Sound is very important but basic (close to original) Music only small tune on menu ( I can provide, if needed ) Finished game needs to run on both phones to tablets. Graphic Level OpenGL ES 2.0 Minimum API level Froyo 2.2 APK size under 20mb if possible Game Fixed to run in Landscape Mode Only (right or left u choose) Basically everything i cant do except for the design/graphics and layout ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- No Rush to finish, you can do it in your spare time. Gameplay needs to be True to the Original Arcade Game. Shadows are a major part of this remake to give it extra depth. Time-Frame = Not Important Budget = $150 IMPORTANT: Please provide Source Code and Project Files on completion so i can add,update etc..... Project Provided as WEB standalone (Exported unitypackage of assets) so you can see what im up to, but of course needs to be switched to Android. I pulled out the Menu and Scoring system i was using as it was poor. I will help as much as i can (very limited C# & Java scripting/coding) and i will be available whenever needed.
