Ability to send faxes out from any document - Print driver Address Book - Ability to add/delete/edit contacts - Create Groups (this must be able to send out multiple faxes) - Ability to check off titles to send to recipient - this should be for example: Title, first name, last name, etc... - A Template ready to use. All I need to do is just paste in the information into the area and just by checking off the 'titles', those will go automatically to those areas...this way, each fax will be the same, but addressed to the proper persons as a personal fax. I should be able to choose the template, edit it and then choose what 'titles' I need to be with it and then choose whatever contacts from the address book, either single or group and then click 'Send Fax' and it will just send everyone that I chose the fax personally. - Outbound faxes - Sent faxes - Wastebasket I use the MightyFax program a lot. This is what I am used to and if this program had what I just showed you above, it would be the worlds best fax program in my book. This is what I like to have. I can use the Templates or just open any document and choose whom and then send them out. I want the ability for it to continue to send out until all of them are completed. For those that do not complete, put them aside until it does again. - Ability to choose how many times to let the system continue to send the fax out if the first time did not work.
