Create An MP3 Audio Processing Tool To Trim Recordings

Please read this carefully! We are a company that is processing many self recorded messages/memories that have been recorded on our server on a smart phone. We are looking for someone with good audio processing knowledge to help 'Automatically Trim' the sound recordings. This is needed because many people hesitate at the start or during the recordings leaving parts at the beginning and sections in the middle of silence or lower levels of bumps, scratches, breathing etc. We want the server processing tool to remove small sounds at the beginning and during the recording in between sentences effectively 'Cleaning Up' and shortening the recordings to create a better, more concise message. Please see the examples I have uploaded both in graphical form and audio form. I have indicated the type of sections we want to remove. I believe we need a form of 'Noise Gate' that will work on an averageing timer to turn unwanted lower level sounds to silence and then a 'silence remover' that will close the gaps between sentences. We will need to have adjustable parameters to test for the best combination. Note, all recordings are normalized with the same peak levels. Please feel free to ask any questions.
