Embedded C in kiel softwaare with arm cortex

Hi, in order to be able to change motor direction, we need H-bridge motor controller(I guess you already have this one). for speed measurements, we need optocoupler. Motor speed can be controlled by PWM, and for controlling speed, using potentiometer, we can use ADC. and for speed measurements, we can use combination of timer input capture and timer overflow interrupt. so every some interval, timer interrupt will evaluate speed captured by timer capture. I have been designed this kind of projects before, So I know what I have to do. I also familiar with STM32 and all of it's peripheral, so we can finished this project quickly. Hello. Mu suggestion is keil for stm32 + stm32f103 chip. Should the motor be DC motor or stepper? What is the power supply of device? What is the max power of motor and it's current consumption?
