Build a alarm using esp8266 or Nodemcu with RTC, set multiple alarm, control multiple GPIO ports at least 28 individual output ports. these ports needs to be controlled from a web page served from esp8266.

I can create the alarm that you want and control the ports .
but there is small thing I think you mean by control 28 pin that mean use 3 or more nodeMCU ,cause the nodemcu have only from D0 to D8 pins to control .
we will make the nodeMCU as Access point and let you access on it and set your alarms as you want .
or we can make it as client and use amazon web service to create interface to manage all your nodemcu boards .
in this case we will use the MQTT protocol, the advatage in this case is you can monitor your boards from any where and change the settings .
about the budget if you make it as access point it will cost 200$
but if we will use AWS it will cost 350$

Hi! I propose you to work with an STM32 in order to get to the 28 pin outputs, it is cheap and works great for this kind of applications, it can also be programmed in Arduino IDE so it is easy to work collaborative.
