Hyperspectral image data reading with tiff library implementing in MPI

The goal of this project is to utilize a cluster environment to develop and implement high-performance parallel algorithms to assist with the hyperspectral image. Hyperspectral data has many uses throughout science and the increasing complexity of breaking it up makes it an interesting problem to solve. Specifically, we wish to attempt distributed algorithms using Principal Component Analysis (PCA) which has become a popular method for feature extraction of hyperspectral remote sensing image. We aim to find performance increases by programming for multiple nodes in a cluster. I will give you a hyperspectral image, you need to read it with tiff library in C and then use MPI library in C to make it distributed.
