Need Unity3D PlugIn Expert or iOS9 "OpenURL" Expert

Hi Unity3D PlugIn Expert or iOS9 OpenURL Expert, Looking for a Unity Developer familiar with Native iOS Plugins - especially Instagram. Problem: I have a "Send a PostCard" Function in my customers app - and it allows to SHARE - with FaceBook, Twitter, and Instagram. Recently Instagram Sharing Stopped. It's either I need to register as an Instagram Developer/Use an "InstagramAppID", or change the [login to view URL] to make the app open when someone selects to SHARE on Instagram. General Issues: iOS 9 and Instagram have increased their security, and now my app does not share to Inistagram. JOB: If you know how to fix this issue - I will hire you asap - as problem appears to be NEW (and iOS 9 related).
