Build .Net Service to Run Powershell scripts as Service Account user

I have a series of Powershell scripts developed to collect data on multiple servers. I require a service that can execute powershell scripts using a dynamic schedule from a database configuration. The service will run very similar to how Task Scheduler (built-in to Windows), in that it will run scripts as a service account, execute them on a set schedule and report success or failure using exit codes from the powershell scripts (0=success, > 1 failure). The reason for the service is to make the powershell scripts packagable and have the service installed on application servers used to collect data.
