Hello! I recently built a webcam-based DataMatrix (2D barcode like QR) scanner for an industrial application, and I believe this is a very similar problem. I also have built other computer-vision based machines based on webcams and microscope cameras as WPF apps. It may sound like a strange question, but can we assume that the paper is white and the QR code is black (or dark-colored)?
