Correct an issue with Date format on insert statement

OK so I have an asp.net project, I've had to amend the general methods file so that other files in the project work now I am having an issue with an automated insert that should insert date +1 for a period between two dates as stated on the input form. What's happening is for dates between 1/11/2018 and 30/11/2018, for dates up to 11 it formats the date as mm/dd/yyyy and after the 11/11/2018 follows dd/mm/yyyy. I need this particular page to insert as dd/mm/yyyy From the values section of the insert query, you can see below that the date is just a text value box, I need to format it as dd/mm/yyyy on this particular part of the code. query += " Values (" + BranchID + ", 'update', 'update', 'update', #" + LoadDate + "#, #" + LoadDate + "#, #" + LoadDate + "#, #" + IDate + "#, " + Payment_ID + ", true, '" + [login to view URL]() + "', '" + [login to view URL]() + "', yes, yes, yes ) "; I've uploaded the entire page, the backend is microsoft access by the way.
