Create a sample ASP.NET Web API project which calls C++

I have a set of C++ classes which I need to for web API. I need someone to set up the skeleton project for me. 1. Use Visual Studio 2017. 2. Create a ASP.NET Web API project, using C#. 3. From the C# code, call C++ code somehow. You may use Managed C++ as middleman. I prefer the C++ classes to be called directly in call stack in the same code base, instead of calling through an DLL. 4. Make sure the integer types between C# and C++ is clearly defined, such as Int8, UInt8, Int16, UInt16, Int32, UInt32, Int64, UInt64. 4. Write deployment instructions. For this Skeleton project, the C++ class can be very simple - For example: class Foo { private: Int64 count; public: void IncrementBy(Int64 addition); Int64 GetCount(); }
