Cutomize our webapp - front end + new screen + filters - C# Angular.js api MVC AWS RDS SQL GitLab

We would like some customizations mainly to front end but you will need to use our API and access SQL information. There are many very minor modifications (correction of name of buttons, change icon image etc) and then there are also a new screen to be made that is a copy of one of our current screens but removing some information. Description of changes - [login to view URL] Change layout on our main "edit client" page of our webapp small front end modification - 1) change icon and icon position (item 3 fist print) 2) correct button name of 2 buttons (item 4 and 5 of 1st print) 3) change icon for a button (item 6 1st print) 4) rename checkbox "ALL" to "Tudo" (item 7 on 1st print) Modifications with use of data from sql. 5) create field "Data Boleto" (item 1) -> we will tell your in which table and field to get information from data base. Make this a filter button to be able to order the results based on the date that this field presents. 6) create field "Data Pgt" (item 2) -> similar to above, this tells us the date the customer paid his bill. Creat a new page view based on the "edit client" page. This page shows the client info (name, address etc) and also the "line information" of the phone lines he has rented. You should use this page to show ONLY THE LINES and delete from the view the Client information (name,etc) but we should view simultaneously ALL phone numbers. not only 1 clients lines. So its basically the same page, remove client information from top and show lines from all clientes. 1) implement "undo" and "redo" buttons to undo changes made on page (item 1 printscreen 3) 2) create a "save" changes button and "discard" changes button (item 13) 2) Old fields "operadora" and "Plano" should be joined and their content shown in a single field called "Operadora + Plano" (item 9 ) 3) create a "profile" field - we will tell you where to get data to fill this field (item 11) 4) create a "link" dropdown button to show another window from our software (item 14) 5) add the values from the field "Preço"(item 4 printscreen 5) and put the results in field (1) when "automatic" i checked. The "automatic" checkbox needs to be created to indicate that the values of field (1) need to be added.
