Develop a website on ASP.NET MVC, C#.

We need a website to show car VIN information. Following are what we need: 1) Website will have 3 pages. - Main page with information about pricing, company and some links to other pages - search result page. This page will display car information from web service search. - detailed results page. This page will display detailed info from search 2) Integration with a web service for requesting car information. All information about web service, WSDL, also test data will be provided by us. 3) A payment procedure. At a certain point user should be forwarded to a page where he/she will make a payment. After payment processed we will get the result and if this ok user will be redirected to a page. We will only forward and redirect. Payment will be handled from third party. 4) Mysql database for corresponding operations. - User searches, with payment information (successful or not) - Web service results (storing whole data as xml or json is ok. no need to parse and store data structurally) 5) Developer is responsible for deploying and hosting the project at hosting provided by us. 6) You must send all source codes, third-party libraries and anything else needed to rebuild and deploy website to us.
