Email Service for a asp .net website with godaddy hosting

I am facing issues with running email service on Godaddy hosting as they provide shared hosting. They do not allow to run exe on shared hosting, hence, my dll files which I was running using exe file, I am not able to run it.

Hosting - Godaddy,
