Install and run C# version of Stanford Segmenter for Chinese

I am attempting to do some research with Chinese word segmentation, and I want to use Sergey Tihon's C# interface to the Stanford NLP Word Segmentation project. It requires going to the Stanford NLP site and Sergey Tihon's site, downloading the appropriate files, and setting them up properly on your system. If you can input a Chinese sentence and make it run, then that is all I need. When you're successful, I just need clear directions of what I need to do to get it up and running on my machine. That means what needs to be downloaded, where each file needs to go on. The deliverable should be a C# project with sample code (just use the code that is on the Stanford [login to view URL] site), plus an explanation of what needs to be done to make the project compile and run. Knowledge of Chinese is helpful, but the main goal is to get the program to run and produce output.
