OBS plugin C++

I need a Pluggin for OBS in C ++

The functions of this are:

1.- When starting OBS, delete the transmission key from "Settings".

2.- When starting OBS, open panel with login for username and password. this is verified against a Web API, that API already exists and returns JSON.

3.- The API returns a list of RTMP servers and other Pluggin configurations, these RTMPs, if activated, must receive the encoded video stream that is sent when starting transmission.

4.- Add the "Heartbeat" functionality every minute to know if the RTMP connection is active: example {server1: 1, server2: 1, server3: 0, cpu: 60, pid: 10}, where "0" is not active and "1" is that it is broadcasting, cpu is the CPU usage in percentage and PID is an ID that I give it when you log in. The number of servers depends on how many you feed from the API.

5.- Send every certain interval of time defined in the API setting a photo of the transmission.

6.- Clean the transmission key in the settings on exit or in OBS open.

The plugin should work in OBS for Windows.

Need at the end a working DLL and clean source code.
