Task manager application made in Unity.

If possible, use Unity to create a Task manager that uses a circular format in bubbles to create a task list that uses less space. I'm happy to give more specifics on Menu options and other details. mostly visual options, I'll take a 2d version, but if i can get a 3d version, that would be excellent. The task manager part should be really straight forward. I would like the source code, scenes and project for my own, so i can mod it further as i see fit. I'm ADD and i'm hoping this will help. I know you make your living this way, but please keep the quotes under $100 if possible. If it's not, i'll work with you.
