Windows App

I want a windows app with the following requisites: - Once started need to start completely maximized and cover all the screen, must have a hidden button on certain position in the screen that when is clicked it must ask for a password and if the password is correct, then open a control panel. - The app window when open and maximized can not be closed with Alt+F4, the only way to escape from the window is clicking on the above mentioned button or when the control panel is unlocked. - When the app is opened it must have the appearance of a search engine: a text field and a button, when certain words are typed in the text field and you click in the button, it must trigger some actions i.e. open a small window with a text (To be defined on development phase). - The app must be able to change the background that can be a gif, flash video or image file. The background can be changed in the Control Panel mentioned above. - The control panel must have an interface where you can set up which keywords in the main window text box can trigger certain actions. Note: I will not provide final feedback or release full payment before the project is completely finished and I am satisfied with your job and you give me the source code and the working app. Sorry to do this, but had bad experience with a developer in freelance asking this without finishing the project.
