1) you are required to build a Web Api, the interface looks like below: PurchaseAnEbayItemWithPayment(String ebayItemNumber, out int result); 2) the given ebay item is a BuyItNow item with immediately payment required, you don't need to consider other cases.) this WebApi need to make purchase on the given eBay Number, and make payment at the same time. ( you can hard code the ebay account information and paypal account info in the web api) 3) build a windows app test app to test your WebApi. Finally, I only pay for the correctly functional WebApi, So bid this project if you are sure you can do it correctly.
