Convert DTM files to LandXML files

We need to have 7 separate, large DTM terrain files converted to LandXML format files.
Total size for all the files is about 1 GB. Files will be provided via WeTransfer link.
Note: We're not sure if these DTM files were generated with Microstation InRoads or InRail or another software.
