I handled service-related transactions and concerns as Escalation Banker and Customer Service Executive from these two big companies respectively. Probably my strongest strength is my reliability. I always made sure that clients felt my sincerity to resolve issues from understanding the problem to utilizing tools available with me to give the best solution.
I personally enjoy organizing, managing & fulfilling challenging tasks. It gives me satisfaction every time I complete a task of high quality! It’s a result of more than 10 years of work experience from multinational companies such as JP Morgan Chase Bank, Nissan & KN Baker to name a few.
