I am looking for a fermentation specialist/chemical engineer/Biotechnologist who can teach me necessary calculations for a fermentation process.
Examples are like the following:
Product yield on biomass [µmol/gCDW] and yield on glucose [µmol/gGLU]
Specific rate of formation of a product [µmol/(gCDW.h)]
Substrate uptake rate [µmolGLU/(gCDW.h)]
Carbon balance.
I attached an example of a fermentation experiment where cells were cultivated in 15 ml volume and tested for the production of only tryptophan.
