PCB design for e-cigarette

I have experience in doing small PCB's for a smart devices with MCU's on board. Usually I'm using stm32 MCU's. For this purpose I think it will be the best too. Please tell me more info about a device required capabilities and a type of the e-cigarette and I will estimate timing limits more accurate.
