Iam looking for a system to perform the preventive maintenance in my organisation using IT. Iam looking for a app in which the operators can easy raise a ticket regarding any small change in the machine to the maintenance team and proper follow up of the same. The flow for example should be like 1) the operators observers a small variation in regular process of the machine he is working 2) the person in charge of the machine should be able to raise a ticket against this to the maintenance department 3) The maintenance department should make the follow up and make sure the ticket is closed The requirement is that al these need to be done via smartphone
