Dear Sir. As an experienced OCR expert, it is very interesting to me. I have been working on several OCR projects such as LPR, form recognition, automatic test grading system, etc for over 7+ years. I mainly used dnn based ways with the help of CNN, RNN, LSTM, CRNN and my prefered dnn frameworks are tensorflow, pytorch, yolo.
