Require ghost writer for eBook

I am authoring a booking in the self-development category, and I am looking to employ a ghostwriter. Completed book should be between 15 and 20 000 words. ----------------- Table Of Content 1. Intro 2. Gratitude 3. Let your mind Free Your life 4. Breathe 5. Do what you good at 6. Not to Do list 7. Action 8. Summary ------------------- Chapter Structure Introduction to the Subject - To be clear on what this chapter will give the reader and why they need it? Include research to the subject and commonly used methods (I will include research, Freelance may need to do further research) Personal stories/use on the subject.. (Freelancer will need to rewrite my copy of +/- 650 words) Suggest online tools relevant to the subject and a short summary of the tool/platforms. Exercise/Habit for the reader & 3 Quotes. --------------- Ultimately I would like to move the reader from a place of dis-empowerment to a place of confidence and ability to take some constructive steps to move forward in their lives. The reader will more than likely be looking to improve their lives and my personal story's along with actual research should inspire this action. The Freelancer should be an experience writer and have great language skills. Some knowledge of the development industry would help but not essential. It is a work for hire role, therefore I will retain all the copywriter and the IP will be handed over to myself the end of the job.
