Assist me with Bulk Marketing

Copywriter Required: Email Subject Line and Body Component For 2 Website Launch

I am launching, a Secure Custom WordPress Installation Business and a Boutique Web Design business online. Two websites, one business;

There are two components to this project, as outlined below;

1. Sales of WordPress Installations - using our flagship secure custom configuration

2. Sales of Various WordPress Website Design Options + Dynamic Html Website Design

I have a contractor who will provide and send 500,000 emails for just $68 USD

I have not used them before and so I am still open to other suggestions at this stage.

To achieve the highest conversion from this launch , I will require a freelancer who has achieved as high as possible in Email conversions. This must be in both having emails opened and also having them convert from Email opens to sales, that is getting them excited about our services and getting them to our sites.

# Thus, a great subject line and header is necessary, as is a great Email body.

An html design would be more effective, yet we are also interested in trialing Text Email.

I have recently met an Emailing expert who can achieve as high as 10%, unheard of in this industry which generally averages anywhere from 1 to 4%, if lucky. However, they are tied up conducting another launch at the moment and I am reluctant to outlay the capital that would be required to use them, until we are fully off the ground and the Freelancer I use has been tested and achieved results at a lower level. Costing will be a consideration therefore in this directive.

It is typical for around 10% of emails to be opened, although I will be happy to get 5%.

I will also be satisfied enough if we can convert those opened emails by 0.2% at this stage because, to be honest, we are not prepared for a huge volume of work at this stage until fully operational anyway. Around 50 web design projects will be a comfortable number for us at this stage.

Tell me a little bit about your achievements. I will need to see proven conversion results.

Do you think you are up to the challenge and based on your history meet these targets?

Please be honest and only apply if you can meet these targets with confidence. We won't make you walk the gang plank if we achieve less, yet we will have to trial other Freelancers until we can achieve these results or better. I'm sure you can appreciate this.

If this Copywriter does well, we will use them again, whilst trialing others. We will then get back to the one we have, if we achieve better, and let them know they will have to raise the stakes to stay in the game, as always with these projects, so come on Copywriters, lets' take a look and see those results. PS: We will also be running an Email campaign soon, to attract resellers to our resellers program. They will use the 'Data Entry' method of simply copying and pasting links to social networking platforms.

However, we will also wish to trial some text email ads, which we will require a copywriter for. We will use the successful candidate for this, if results are forthcoming.
