I need a ANPR OCR for Brazil's car plates

I need a ANPR software (Automate number plate recognition) for Brazil's license plates. Here is a link of how car's plates looks like in Brazil. [login to view URL] Please apply to the job if you already have something or if you think you can developer this for me. It needs to be done in c++ and will run under linux. No GUI is needed so far. It will be a background process listening on a folder. If a image is copied to that folder then it will take it and start to process it. I have good images with cars stopped at one location And I have bad images from car's moving. Please run your OCR over them and let me know the results. It needs to be very fast as we will apply this on access control system. So is needs to be real time processing. Thanks
