Looking experienced software developer to develop an software which can fill an word/pdf/jpg.

ID card Software (Template filling APP) Looking some one who is expert in developing an software which can sync with an word or pdf or an JPG file. I can get few ID card templates in word or pdf or even in JPG. Where it will have places well arranged (eg. to insert Photo, Logo, text - wordings, etc,.) Our Software should be able to fill this all things easy. In our software face we should have option to Replace photo, Replace text, Replace logo, etc,. After setting this all we should get an small preview beside. Then an print option were they can get it printed on card. (This is actually for an play school for there students - RFID card printer) In our tool we need an Database option (store in our App folder itself) were we can save all ID card profiles - so they can search it and reprint or edit it. Need an option to export individual profile data/ even whole data base. This App should not work without add that system MAC Address in that App settings. To add it u need to provide me an patch file with password which will be able to add MAC address to our APP. - if MAC address is not added while opening our APP they should just get can contact screen showing my logo and number (no errors or warnings needed to show) So even they copy our APPto other systems it should show our Contact Screen. After work should provide full source and documentation file.
