MASSIVE MULTIPLAYER ONLINE GAME

First off it's first person view only you open the game you create your avatar (character) hair styles clothing facial features gender etc and after that you enter the world with other players Once you have your character created you enter the city and you can walk around talk to other people with voice or text There needs to be areas / portals that if you go up to it, it prompts you with a message Enter name of place. The different places that you can enter are The Arena Battlegrounds, The Pits, The Unknown and The Marketplace each is described below The Arena Battleground is open PVP shooter with random spawn points all over the map if you die you respawn back at the beginning city with 0 gold and nothing in your inventory you lose everything even in your bank. if you kill someone else you get all the coins that they have (even the coins in their bank) and the items that they have are added up at half the value that they are worth and are turned into coins which is added to your coins. There needs to be a scroll added to your inventory that has a hotkey to exit the Arena. If you do not have a weapon you can punch. The Pit is a race course. You can only race if you have a vehicle in your inventory which is purchased from the marketplace. You need to be able to also get inside your vehicle in the Arena Battlegrounds. Each race will cost 100 coins per player. Once 8 people join the race the race will begin to count down form 3..2..1..GO If there is less than 8 people waiting but more than 1 people (2 person minimum) a timer needs to be counting from 5 minutes. It's whatever comes first 5 minutes or 8 people have joined the race. Once you have finished the race 1st place gets 60% 2nd place gets 25% and 3rd place gets 15% of the coins. if there are only two players in the race first place wins 100%. The Unknown is where you can go on quests and kill monsters (non PVP) for Coins. Once the monsters have been killed the monster drops vehicles weapons armor potions spells and coins will be on the ground where the monster died the player has to click the object/item to pick them up (they have to be next to the object to pick it up) if no one picks up the item after 3 minutes they automatically delete. The marketplace is a place where you can go to buy or sell vehicles armor weapons potions spells We will need player to player trading. Each person can talk to each other through voice chat or typing text. Your inventory needs to be broken down by category " Weapons, Armor, Potions, Quest, Spells" Everybody has 1000 health if you are shot in the head it is 100 health damage. If you are shot in the chest it is 50 health and if you are shot in the legs or arms then it is 10 health each hit punching deals damage of 150 per hit. You need to be able to select your weapons / spells from your inventory. There needs to be cross hairs on the screen and and a right click for zoom for your weapons and left click to shoot Will need a friends list. I will require minimal graphics for testing all aspects of the game. I will not pay until you have reached each Milestone. I will not discuss project on any other server but Freelancer and will only pay through Freelancer.
