Multi-Currency Lightweight Crypto Wallet ( all Privacy Coins)

Hello! Please be sure you read this prior to contacting or placing a bid so you know exactly what I am looking for. Thank you! The details for this project are as follows: I need a lightweight multi currency wallet. This wallet will NOT have to download the entire chain for all the currencies in this wallet. This wallet will run on Windows 7 and up. The user should be able to switch between the coins listed below and utilize the features of each wallet listed 1. Bitcoin Private (BTCP) A. This wallet MUST be able to utilize both Transparent (b) and Shielded (z) address. No exception B. Wallet must be able to show and import Private keys as well as view public keys. C. Wallet must have a section that tracks history( sending and receiving of coins) D. Must have a rescan button to rescan the blockchain in case of issues. E. Must have the ability to jump into some sort of command line to troubleshoot ) similar to what bitcoin core has..) 2. Z-cash A. Must utilize Transparent and shielded address B. Pretty Much the same features for the above Wallet. 3. Monero A. All the features of the standard desktop monero wallet( Please download and review so you know what I am talking about) that takes forever to sync. I would like for each wallet to have its own password to be set for sending and accessing certain settings. I do not want any of the private keys or any information to be transmitted anywhere. I would also like as little 3rd party code to be used as possible. I am trying to prevent something like this. Wallet interface must be clean and reliable and easy to navigate. I would like something shiny that runs well. Wallet must also be able to add new coins at some point if i deem them fit!
