Windows poker app (Zoom/Fastplay poker) - Local games

Hello, would like a programmer to make a windows poker app for local people. Functions needed: - Fair play poker (52 cards, shuffeled) and played out without possibility to cheat for us or them (possible proven fair.) - Opperators can open 6max Holdem Zoom and Omaha based Zoom games and choose blinds/rake settings. - User register inn app with username / name - Opperators Comfirm users - Operators Confirm buyinns from users - Users can set their cap (maximum loss per week) - Operators can set cap on users if needed. - Operators can get out a list of last weeks play. wins and loss per user, also how many hands per user. - Table starts automaticly with 3 players This is the main functions. I would best someone who have a similar software/app that we can test befor awarding. Our starting budgett is low, but will need addons and further development that will increase our budget.
