Write some Software

I need to have some variables in c++ code defined in an external xml code as opposed to how it is right now as Preprocessor directives.

for example i have:

#define A 1

#define B 2

I need A and B to be read from the xml file.

What i need from you is the xml file replacing these 2 #define and the c++ code of reading them.

this has to be done without using external libraries.

NEED IT BY november 17!
