I am currently implementing Dynamics 365 to help our organisation manage customer contacts.
Looking for advice on how to configure the features to get the best benefit from the solution. I can technically configure it, but we lack the experience on how to best to enable business goals through the platform. What are the quick capability wins and how to leverage the most out of the platform and how to integrate it with Office 365.
Someone whom has good experience in getting business outcomes, not just configuring the platform.
