Expert in Pardot and Salesforce for customization and training

Looking for an expert Pardot and Salesforce consultant to perform various jobs for us: From template creation to integration between Pardot and SF as well as to provide monthly assistance and answer questions other staff has... This will be an hourly project with a set amount of hours per month (ongoing). Here is a list of some of the items we are tackling first. 1) Pardot * Advisory to maximize our Pardot capabilities (need an expert level) * Campaign template design (create a single multi purpose email template). * Execute mail outs and testing - we will provide the verbiage and graphics (content) * A:B testing (can it be done with the lowest package of Pardot? Even if done manually?) * Subscribe/unsubscribe management (incl. integration with SFDC) -We currently do a manual process of importing people who subscribe or unsubscribe to campaigns… Wwe want to automate this, so, full integration. * Automations * Taking the lead in to educating the team on what else could be automated (of the current internal processes * Lead scoring design and reporting 2) SFDC ([login to view URL]) * Any/all template changes (e.g., new Contact record or Account fields) and automations * Any/all customization work we need done for the various departments who use SFDC. We adopted SF 6 years ago. They have sales, marketing, investor relations, etc… Currently, we maintain records separately on Excel or there methods… So, this is similar to the Automations as explained above. * Any/all report design and automated distribution * Any/all dashboards * Here are four (4) projects before us right now. * Integration between SFDC and ShareFile, our chosen cloud storage provider. Specifically, we want to unify our list of client document recipients (in ShareFile) with our official contact records (in SFDC) – they’re currently separate. Since SF claims there is no integration available, what options do we have? * Create a custom Meeting Note template - Is this an email template? The idea is to create a template to log meeting notes (notes taken after a meeting is held). 2 templates are needed. 1 for simple meetings and another for more complex meeting notes. * IR/Middle & Back office report category to be added to the selection of distributed reports (i.e. similar to FS or Qtly being selected for an individual) –. - IR is (investor relations). * Editing FS list so non GDPR sign offs will be removed
