I would like to hire a CS-Cart Developer

We are currently using the Cs-cart Multivendor framework. We need to build an add-on that will buy products from Japanese websites for our customers and Package Forwarding. However, [login to view URL] is a P2P Delivery model, while the feature we require is simpler - our company handles the customer's purchase request. The purchase request process is as follows: (User - customer) (From step 1 to step 6, refer to [login to view URL]) Step 1: The user enters the desired link in the box. Step 2: The system returns product info by translating the product description from Japanese into English (or language option, using Google Translate). Step 3: The user adds additional information to the product (photo, name, description, price, quantity). Step 4: User sends request. Step 5: The add-on will automatically calculate the final price based on the formula: original price + household order + tax (if any) + other (if any)+ service fees. Then show it to user. Step 6: Payment (From step 7 onwards, refer to the [login to view URL] feature) Step 7: After the goods are delivered to our warehouse, we will update the package info on the customer's account. In case, customers want to buy Japanese products then ship to our address in Japan, it’s also possible. Step 8: Customers can choose delivery time to their houses, delivery companies, which price package, additional services (pack all together in 1 package, remove invoices, take product pictures...)
