Wir suchen eine UI/UX Freelancer (m/w/d), der uns in längerfristiger Zusammenarbeit hilft, für eine neu entstehende Web-Applikation Style und User Experience zu verbessern. Funktional basiert die App auf einer komplexen Desktop-Anwendung, die jetzt mit modernen Technologien neu als Web-App (Single Page HTML, Desktop, nicht mobile/responsive, CSS, Bootstrap, Vue.js, REST WebService) entwickelt wird. Aktuell konzentrieren sich alle Entwickler auf Funktionalität und arbeiten mit einem einfachen Standard-Bootstrap Template und Vue.js Standard-Controls. Der Anhang zeigt die alte Desktop-Anwendung sowie erste ungestylte Entwürfe der neuen Web-App. Die Firmenwebseite [login to view URL] gibt einen guten Einblick in das aktuelle Corporate Design. Der Freelancer sollte in der Lage sein, sowohl grobe grafische Entwürfe zu liefern, als auch diese technisch mit HTML, CSS und ggf. kleinen JS-Snippets umzusetzen. Er arbeitet dabei im häufigen Austausch mit den Entwicklern und dem Product Owner über Microsoft Teams. Code-Austausch am besten per Git. Abrechnung am liebsten stundenweise bzw. monatl. Kontingent. Anfangs ggf. basiert auf Projekt/Meilenstein.

Here is my thinking over the work procedure which can be implemented for the long term ongoing work; And hopefully I am available to work for you more than 8 hours per day; You will come for a discussion with me. We will discuss on task and you will assign me the task. I will agree with you on a set of task that I am going to deliver this by today. Then I will share my screen, you can check what I am doing and I am wasting time here or not :) Also can view the work progress in real time as well.
