I am an experienced Customer Service Professional for over 6 years, including managing a team for about 4 years, with a demonstrated history of working in the Business Process Outsource industry handling US Based Customers. I have experience working for accounts like Publishing, Sattelite Radio, Telecommunication Provider, Healthcare Insurance, Lead Generation campaign and for Real Estate Investment Company. I have worked with different CRM before depending on the account I have worked for and I was able to work and adapt well with those tools.
I can provide email, chat, phone support and even do upselling or verifying leads. I make use of all the available resources to make sure I deliver the best and accurate service.
