I am aware of what it takes to get this project done and I am prepared to work with you to offer my best for the successful completion of tasks.
Currently, as a Customer Support Specialist , I investigate customer complaints and provide appropriate solutions. Daily, I resolve over 90 new customer tickets through emails and also offer phone and walk-in support remotely and in the office to resolve complaints of our users. I assist directly or route users to the appropriate personnel for guidance and assistance. I also track, follow-up, and resolve customer’s outstanding issues promptly. Also, as a Mentor in our Customer Support team, I work with our Global Learning/Development and Content Management teams to identify knowledge gaps locally, train new hires, review and update user help articles and ensure great work performance and quality.
I have close to six years of teaching experience across the tertiary, high school, and elementary levels and have also taught students using the British curricula in reputable institutions which I believe will be helpful in this task.
I am willing to work within the time frames covering the monthly basis you indicated in the job or a time frame which we can agree on to ensure that tasks are accurately and efficiently completed.
