We need someone who can check customer service emails, process replacements, and verify orders daily. This is a long-term, ongoing position. This job takes about 30 minutes per day. Responsibilities: - Processing replacement shipments for customers after checking daily emails - Verifying addresses and checking over orders before approving them to ship - Updating inventory records - Sending customers a feedback request form weekly Requirements: - Must be fluent in English - Must have reliable internet connection without frequent power outages - Must be comfortable interacting with customers in a polite and friendly manner - Must have previous customer service experience - Must be able to complete the job sometime after 4:00 AM and before 8:00AM (UTC−05:00) Notes: I have a detailed training website with instructions and FAQ's so you can quickly learn the material. Please answer these 3 questions in your proposal: 1. We start shipping at 8:00 AM (UTC−05:00). We need to have all the emails checked and replacements processed before the warehouse start shipping. My most irritating experience I had was actually several people trying to social engineer a business by saying that their shipment has never arrived. She reached the call-center one day demanding that we send that 0.1€ to her as a bank transaction to another country. I got frustrated by the sheer stupidity if i'm being completely honest, but i explained in a calm and professional manner that we couldn't do that since the banks transaction fee would be more that the amount that was to be sent. Added that if she ever came to visit our country again, we'll gladly return the amount in question to her. Thank you for your time.

She believed that she was not getting assistance because her problem was ongoing for a while and she kept reporting it. I empathized and apologized to the customer, spoke with the manager who immediately approved a revisit for the next day. I informed the customer of this and she was pleased.
