No other language than English. I will be comfortable with UTC 9 Am to 9 PM I never worked as a Virtual Assistant. The answer to your questions : Ans 1: Thanks for your message. An automatic refund is issued within 5 days of receipt of the returned order. Ans 2: Sorry to hear about this issue. Please open a 'return request' ensuring to select the correct reason for return. Ans 3: Your item was dispatched via Royal Mail and will be delivered by your country's postal service to the address you provided at checkout. Standard delivery time is 10 - 20 days, but it can take longer if delayed in transit. Ans 4 : Thank you for getting in touch about canceling your order.
